I’m Kate, the hands and heart behind StarQuest Nails. I’m a licensed nail technician and beauty professional, proudly licensed for 2 years, with many more years of hands-on experience in the beauty industry. I’m based at HP Beauty Lounge in Chesterfield, MI, where I specialize in creating stunning nails, from gel and structured manicures to nail art that reflects your personality. Every appointment is designed to be relaxing, fun, and tailored to you so you leave feeling confident, refreshed, and ready to shine. ✨ I am located at 21 mile and gratiot! The studio is between raising reptiles and the wheels and tires store. The door says Hp. We are under renovation still and our door was replaced so you won’t see the address but the door is marked with HP and right next to reptiles door! If you’re traveling southbound on gratiot(turn left into lot after 21 mile) please be careful! Northbound(turn right into lot before 21 mile I do give a 15 minute grace window. If you’re 16 minutes late but arrive and you lose the deposit. 20 minutes late WITHOUT communication(within reason). will result in you being marked as no call no show and you must reschedule because I cannot risk tardiness for my next client. Cancellation Policy
StarQuest Nails – Cancellation Policy ✨
I value your time and mine. This is why I require a deposit to book online. Your deposit amount isn’t an extra payment. It will be applied to your total once your service is completed. Example: service cost-$100. Deposit you pay to book-$30. What you pay when service is completed and it comes time to check out- $70.
A card is required on file for everybody!!!
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Less than 24 hours notice: lose your deposit
• No-shows: 25% of the service total will be charged to your card and you do not get your deposit back.
• Cancellations can be made by text, call, or through the booking site. I am very easy-going and understand that life can be hard, but to make this easier on everybody and to keep business running, the deposit is required. As one last reminder your deposit will be applied to your total if you show up for your appointment.. you are not paying an extra $15! You’re just holding your spot! You will only be charged a cancellation fee if you do not give more than 24 hours notice. You will only lose your deposit.
If you have had me book an appointment by messaging me on a social media platform, you are required to pay the deposit to hold your appointment that I send in the confirmation email that day that we talk about your appointment time
